You’ll notice a lot of the content is the same across a lot of the sites. That’s the idea! Spread as much positive stuff on as many pages as possible across the web.

Everything I do I manually submit to all three major search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and I tag in the three major social bookmarking communities (Digg, Stumbleupon, Delicious).

It seems like the Press Release sites show up quickly in search engine rankings, but slip after a few days. So that’s what I spend most of my time doing.
