"Do you remember being younger, people always asking “what do you want to be when you grow up?” I never really knew what I was going to be, but I always pictured a life style that involved luxurious cars, clothes, vacations, homes. There came a point in time when I suddenly lost that picture when I dropped out of college. It’s amazing how much has changed in me, I look back on my old lifestyle the me before this business, and I almost cringe at the thought of where I might have been today had I given up when everybody told me to quit. It was hard for me to burn bridges with people that I love and grew up with from childhood, the problem was that they were broke. And I couldn’t and wouldn’t allow myself to give in. When people told me I would never be more than what “I’m destined to be”, I was like, what the hell does that mean anyways. So instead of letting society determine what I’m supposed to be, I decided to grab hold of the reigns and get my future back. I’m just so grateful. The best part is nobody handed me anything, I never expected a handout, the juice, the fire, and the burning desire was all the strength I needed to get what I want. I am a woman, I am independent, and I am my own boss. What could be better?

"We’ve been reading and watching the news lately and it’s so sad to see what is happening all around the US and the economy. It’s even worse when friends, acquaintances, and family are for the most part living in a time of serious uncertainty. Yesterday afternoon, it really hit us.

A friend of ours who has been to school for years now is struggling on finding a job. This a person who went to Columbia University. She has great grades, she earned her Masters degree a year ago and is currently working on her PHD. She has borrowed hundreds of thousands dollars to finance her schooling. She has applied everywhere she could and has not gotten one job yet. I feel so bad since she’s so stressed out. She feels that she’s been misled. She always thought if she just gets a master’s from a prestigious university she would have no problems getting a successful job and live happily. It’s hard to watch.

Some other people we know have hourly wage jobs that are slowly but surely cutting away at the hours they work. Not only do they not let any of these people work a full time 40 hour week but they start out with about 30 hours and it decreases from there. It gets to the point for most of these people that they only have at most 10-15 hours per week. How do people live off of this?

To be totally honest, we feel grateful that we don’t have to suffer with this uncertainty. Liz and I don’t have to fear being laid off. I paid off all my debt for my Bachelor’s of Science degree within the 2nd year in business. We don’t worry about bills and our lifestyle is great. This is all due to Scentura. What’s even more amazing is watching other people achieve some success as well. The people we have opened into their own operations all are enjoying the fact that they do not have to worry about the terrible uncertainty that is plaguing the US and the world. We will always be grateful for all of this."

I have been watching Ed Magedson from Ripoffreport come onto these sites and attack people who have legitimate claims against his site.

Whenever one of these people, who are simply defending their name, writes up their story of being libeled by Ed Magedson, he and his staff immediately work to have any negative remarks about Ripoffreport removed. I find it hypocritical that Ed even as Ed is having negative postings about himself removed, he refuses to remove any negative postings from HIS site, even when they are obviously lies, because he states that "they are anonymous postings and he has no liability" according to some 1996 Act. Apparently, Ed Magedson has been busy moving his website to Turkey!! We assume that Ed has been so busy covering his tracks that he missed this positive report about us on the www.ripoffreport.com, and he let it accidentally slip through.

If he is true to form he'll remove it soon. He's never allowed anything positive about Federated to remain for long on his website, and when we refused to pay him, he removed all of our responses and rebuttals and began publishing absurd nonsense about us.
